Actress Milla Jovovich announced on her Facebook page that she was expecting her second child, with husband Paul Anderson. This will delay the filming of an upcoming Resident Evil movie, with Mila killing, instead of zombies, “an endless supply of cupcakes”.
38-year-old Jovovich took it to Facebook to announce the happy news: she is pregnant. She started by saying that it was supposed to be a post about her flying to South Africa for the beginning of the filming for “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter”. “But… My husband Paul and I just discovered that we are expecting another baby!!!”
Given the situation, and the fact that Resident Evil movies imply a number of dangerous stunts from Jovovich, she and husband Paul Anderson, the producer of the horror action franchise, decided to postpone the filming until after the baby is born. “Between the stunt work and what will become my ever-expanding belly, we didn’t think pregnancy and zombie killing are the best combo! Lol! I imagine the only thing I’ll be killing in the near future is an endless supply of cupcakes. Yikes…”
This is the couple’s second child. Anderson and Jovovich welcomed daughter Ever Gabo Anderson in November 2007.
The fans of the horror franchise will have to wait a bit longer for the installment of “Resident Evil: The Final Chapter”. Jovovich thanked her fans for being “so patient”: “YOU ROCK! Thanks so much for understanding everyone! All the best!” she wrote.
