Supermodel Marisa Miller shares her diet secrets and tricks with women who want to feel better in their skin and are looking for some catwalk inspiration. One of her ideas may be seen as scandalous, but the hot blonde has simple explanation for it.
Marisa Miller is one of Victoria’s Secret most gorgeous Angels. She has the perfect body and recently has unveiled what helps her keep in shape. It’s true, exercise is always a key-component of a diet plan, but this time, Marisa shared tips on how to eat healthier, lighter and still feel full of energy.
Miller’s tricks are not focused on what to eat, but more on how to eat.
Her first advice is to eat naked. “Eating smart is all about having an awareness of your body”, says the blonde beauty. “When you’re trying to lose weight, spend more time wearing less. I don’t think I could eat a plate of nachos naked–could you?”
Another advice is meant to prevent overeating, especially when you’re very hungry. “I’ll cook a batch of brown rice or quinoa and keep it in the fridge, so when I get hungry, I can easily dress it up”, Marisa says. This way the meals are ready faster. She prefers seasoning the dish with spinach, or zucchini and then adding a bit of olive oil, lemon juice and, of course, salt and pepper.
When it comes to smart food choices, Marisa practices portion control, replaces the high-calorie foods with lighter and healthier choices (Wildwood garlic instead of mayonnaise for tuna salad, Rhythm Superfoods Kool Ranch Kale Chips instead of regular potato chips) and stays away from junk food.
Her perfect silhouette has turned many heads along the years and now, the ravishing blonde is planning to prove she is more than just a pretty face. She recently landed a movie role on “R.I.P.D.”, also starring big Hollywood names, like Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds.
