Recently wedded couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel spent their honeymoon in Tanzania, according to E Online. After a wedding ceremony held in Italy, the America’s sweethearts headed for the exotic wilds of Africa.
The two started their African adventure in Tanzania at the Kilimanjaro International airport where their private plane landed. The same day they boarded a helicopter with the destination Serengeti National Park, the Singita Grumeti private reserve. For almost two weeks the couple stayed at two famous luxurious lodges, one of them being the Sasakwa Lodge, which overlooks a reserve, and the other the Faru-Faru. Timberlake and Biel spent their honeymoon sightseeing by means of air balloon rides and land safaris and relaxing. The Timberlakes spotted various exotic animals during their visit to Africa, such as an odd looking lion and elephant.
The couple returned to the Kilimanjaro airport on October 30th and headed to another location on their vacation trip, which was not yet disclosed. Biel is due to return to work in only a couple of weeks to continue the promotion tour for the movie “Hitchcock” which will premiere on November 20th.
This was the second time Biel was in Tanzania. She was first on African soil in 2010 for a charity climb of the Kilimanjaro mountain aiming to generate awareness for the global clean water crisis.
The couple tied the knot on October 21st this year during a small ceremony that took place in southern Italy and was attended by only 100 guests consisting mostly of family and close friends.
