Great news for the fanatics of the French fashion! Vanessa Bruno cut the ribbon of her second store in the US, two years after inaugurating her first, in Los Angeles. The location, a brick-and-mortar pop-up-shop, located in Soho, is set to be a permanent retail location in the near future.
The shop also serves as a showroom and is more than 1,600 square feet.
“It is a first step before we open a stand-alone store in New York”, the company’s international sales director Elsa Poncet said in February, during the New York Fashion Week.
In 2010, Vanessa Bruno opened her Los Angeles store, situated in West Hollywood.
“The U.S. currently represent around 10 percent of our business”, Poncet added. “Down the road, it could represent 20 to 25 percent”, she told WWD. Two years from now, the brand plans to have “between 60 and 80 doors in the country, including department stores”.
