Amber Heard filed for a divorce and a restraining order against Depp in late May.

Amber Heard is very determined to get justice after her alleged abusive marriage to Johnny Depp and now, after filing for divorce and having reached a settlement, she is suing the actor for unpaid divorce settlement.

According to People, Amber Heard has filed Request for Order with the Los Angeles Superior Court in order to get her part following the divorce. The filing occurred on Wednesday and the actress is supposed to get from Depp $7 million. Of the sum, she only got, so far, $200,000.

The 30-year-old Texas native is not depending on those money, nor is she asking for them for her own interest, as she said she was going to give to charity all the money she would receive in the divorce settlement.

Depp, 53, is not in a hurry to honor his part of the deal. Heard’s lawyer states that the Pirates of the Caribbean star is stalling the payment and is missing deadlines established by the judge when it comes to division of personal property. He is supposed to transfer a Range Rover into Heard’s name, which he didn’t; he was also supposed to ship some of the couple’s belongings from his property in the Bahamas, which he didn’t; he is supposed to pay debts for cars, stylists and jewelry, which he didn’t.

Heard is also asking for payment of legal fees, which totals $35,435.

The couple was married for a year and a half. They met on the set of The Rum Diaries, in 2012 and got married in 2015, in February, in Los Angeles.

Heard filed for divorce this year, on May 23. She also filed for a restraining order against Depp on May 27. Just days later, People published photos of a physically abused Heard, who opened-up about domestic violence occurring in her marriage until that point. “There was one severe incident in December 2015 when I truly feared for my life”, she was saying at the time.
