Madonna’s recently adopted 4-year-old twins from Malawi play with Moschino Barbie dolls and according to Madonna’s post on social media, they are the first Barbie dolls they have received. The girls were brought to the United States less than two months ago.
Madonna finalized the adoption of Malawi twin girls Stella and Esther in early February. The pop diva announced the good news on Instagram, where she posted a photo of herself, on a walk, with the little girls.
“I can officially confirm I have completed the process of adopting twin sisters from Malawi and am overjoyed that they are now part of our family”, she was saying at the time.
Since their arrival into the United States, Stella and Esther, who have been in the Malawi orphanage since they were five-days-old, have experienced a lot of new things: new songs, new fashion, new activities, new toys and so on.
After the adoption announcement, Madonna has posted several videos and photos of her two daughters. One of the first ones was of them singing – with more or less lyrics – Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.
Two days ago, the pop star added some glam toys to the twins’ new toy collection: Moschino Barbie. The supermodel-looking doll charmed Stella and Esther, who forgot about all the other toys, according to mom.
“What happens when you get your first Barbie Doll! ????! Pikachu is left in the dust! @moschino ??”, Madonna captioned this video:
Moschino Barbie was released in 2015 and comes in two types: Caucasian and African American. The doll was intended for the adult collector, with a type of Model Muse body, which has little to no flexibility, mainly created for display. However, Moschino Barbie is also attractive to kids, as it has numerous cool accessories and clothes and a lot of hair to explore creativity on.
