KFC is selling the Internet Escape Pod on Cyber Monday. The fast food company released the announcement and details on the product on its official website.

The Internet Escape Pod looks pretty much like a tent, or a dome. The structure is made of steel, stainless steel and steel mesh, while the fabric used to cover the steel structure is made of high density foam. On top of the dome rests a Kernel Sanders doll, made of 8 pounds of high density architectural foam and colored with enamel paint.

The handle of the door has been made in the shape of a Kentucky Fried Chicken leg.

Inside, you could easily fit up to four adults and, of course, a bucket of KFC.

The company used the moment Black Friday – Cyber Monday to release the dome, targeting clients who just want to get away from it all: discounts, coupons, best deals, special offers, unique opportunities and so on.

“Find sanctuary for yourself and your loved ones under Colonel Sanders and his Internet Escape Pod”, the article on their website reads. “This dome is like a magic force field designed to disrupt the internet coming to and from your devices.”

While KFC, as a fast food chain, has prices for any pocket when it comes to food, the price for the dome is the spiciest thing the company has ever sold, even though they kindly let us know they have arranged for a huge discount: “We were going to sell this for the ridiculously high price of $96,485.34, but in the spirit of Cyber Monday it can be yours for $10,000.”

The dimensions are 7′ x 7′ x 6′ 6″
