“Veep” star Reid Scott welcomed his second child on Thursday, January 4th. The 40-year-old actor and his wife, Elspeth Keller, are now parents of two boys.

Little Damon Leif Scott, was welcomed into the world on Thursday, January 4, weighing in at t 9 lbs., 5oz. He is the fourth member of the Scott – Keller family, after his parents and his older brother, Conrad, who is 2 years his senior.

The tnews that the couple was expecting was revealed in August, at the Los Angeles premiere of Scott’s movie, Home Again. People was the first to publish it. “We’re very excited”, said the actor, adding that his wife was “about halfway”. He continued: “We’re having another little boy.”

Conrad, who is nicknamed by Reid “little chubby teddy bear”, is now on big brother duty. “He’s a chubby little guy so he keeps seeing mommy’s belly, and then he looks at his own belly and says, ‘I have a baby too”, said the actor at the Red carpet event. “He’s going to be a great big brother. If he doesn’t kill his little brother within the first six weeks, then we’re going to be great.”

The couple was expected to have another baby soon, as in May they revealed they are definitely wanting to expand their family. “We definitely want more [children], so should we be so lucky, yeah. I hope so,” Scott was saying in the spring of last year.

Reid Scott and Elspeth Keller tied the knot in a low key ceremony back in June 2014. The ceremony took place at the Los Angeles Maguire Gardens. They spent their honeymoon in Fiji.
